School Grounds/Nature Play

Mount Claremont Primary School has well established gardens, mature trees and green spaces to play and learn. The shaded playgrounds include extensive nature playgrounds. Students have fun with water and sand play, swings, slide, climbing, wobble plank, hammocks, and the flying fox. The play areas in early childhood include vegetable gardens, fruit trees, bike paths, sand pits, cubby houses, musical equipment, nature play and playgrounds to explore. There two basketball courts, an outdoor table tennis table, grassed areas and the oval.

Students access Mount Claremont Oval for sport and athletics. Lake Claremont is regularly visited by students to explore the local natural environment and learn the indigenous culture.
